Capita HR Resourcing are currently working with their client, a renown public sector organisation, who are seeking a HR Advisor to join their North West office on a fixed term basis. This is a generalist role, which will suit a CIPD qualified or part qualified individual with strong operational experience, influencing skills and experience with dealing with Trade Unions and senior management.

Main Duties:

Reporting to the HR Manager and working within a medium sized team, some of the key accountabilities of the role include:

•Provision of advice and guidance to managers and staff on a wide range of employment issues, managing staff attendance, performance, conduct and grievances
•To advise and support on recruitment and selection and retention of staff
•Provision of support with the planning and implementation of organisation change
•Delivery of training programmes and contribute to th

•Full or part qualified member of CIPD
•Strong operational experience
•Experience of dealing with Trade Unions
•Excellent organisational skills
•Excellent communicator at all levels
