Overview :
HR Assistant is needed for reputable manufacturing organisation based in Redditch for a 6 month contract.
 
Main Duties:
You will be required to cover the whole of the HR administration process. Ideally you will be at least part CIPD qualified or qualified by experience so you are able to advise managers and attend grievance/absence meetings etc. The individual should have employment law knowledge and be able to update policies etc.
 
Key Skills:
Primarily you will be able to update policies with latest employment law and attend grievance/disciplinary meetings etc. You will ideally come from a manufacturing organisation, be able to work well under pressure and be self motivating. Please apply today.
