My client, a multi-national software provider, is looking to recruit an EMEA HR Manager to be based in their Windsor offices and is offering a competitive salary of c£60,000 + benefits. |
| Main Duties: |
Key Responsibilities: •Assist and support managers in understanding and implementing HR policies and procedures. •Draw up job offers in accordance with employment legislation, deal with inductions and conduct exit interviews. •Continually monitor the appraisal system, analyse training needs and deliver best practice training where required. •Ensure the companies procedures align with local employment laws within each country and advise on the legislation where required. |
| Key Skills: |
You must be CIPD qualified with a minimum of 5 years HR experience at a managerial level. With previous EMEA exposure you will have ideally worked for an American corporation and be a skilled problem solver used to dealing with all levels of management. Some overseas travel will be required for this role. |
