| Main Duties: |
• Develop strategy on pay and reward for the Commission by shaping the approach and policies that take into account the business requirements as well as the remit process • Provide direction and support for teams working on new pay and reward policies • Provide support to the Human Resources Director on briefing and managing senior stakeholders • Act as primary point of support to senior managers on pay and reward issues • Be part of the negotiating team for discussing the pay and reward |
| Key Skills: |
An experienced HR professional (CIPD qualified or an equivalent HR related qualification), particularly in the area of pay and reward • Experience of developing and implementing the people agenda in a large, fast paced and multi-site organisation • Evidence of aligning HR activity to the business agenda, working collaboratively with a wide range of business and corporate stakeholders • Experience of developing and implementing HR policies and strategic solutions |
