Capita HR Resourcing are working in partnership with a well known professional services organisation located in York, in the recruitment of a Learning and Development Advisor.

Main Duties:

The key purpose of this role will be supporting creation and delivery of the company's Training and Development plan. Supporting the Training Needs Analysis and contribute to the production of the Training and Development plan. You will also be responsible for managing all training related administration and evaluation, including external training providers.

Key Skills:

The successful candidate will have previous HR and Training experience as well as experience of training delivery and experience of dealing with training and development evaluation.
