| Overview : |
1.Deliver projects in a controlled manner using Prince 2 methodology as a guiding principle.
2.Provide consultancy and support to other projects where required. This may include troubleshooting in projects, which are failing.
3.Support the Head of Projects with programme management.
4.Define and provide appropriate project management tools for all project managers to use.
