My client is a professional services organisation based in Birmingham City Centre and is looking to recruit for the key position of a HR Recruitment Advisor. You will be the point of liaison between the recruitment agencies and the recruiting departments so that contact is centralised through HR.

| Main Duties: |
• Liase with Partners and line managers on recruitment issues, with a view to building up effective working relationships with them and moving to a more strategic focus.

| Key Skills: |
This is a busy team and needs someone who is committed and who can ‘think on their feet', offering support at every level to the team.
