Well recognised and leading retailer is looking to recruit for a Regional HR Manager.

| Main Duties: |
• You will build the people plan for the Region, working closely with the Regional Manager, and contribute to the People Plan
• You will identify trends and spot emerging issues
• You will drive delivery and be influential in education people about the People Plan
• You will set up KPI's and monitor performance
• You will deliver HR Solutions and be an excellent communicator and advocate for the Client
