Adsearch - advertised selection

In a buoyant recruitment market, when advertising is selected to generate suitable applicants it is essential to employ what we call "AdSearch".

This is a hybrid service, which identifies additional candidates who may have missed the advertising campaign itself. This effectively involves running a "mini-search" concurrently with the campaign. The combination of these two activities, performed concurrently, is not only time and cost efficient but can also increase response levels by as much as 100%; therefore hugely improving the chance of a successful outcome.

The Managed Service offering is delivered through the following frameworks:

  • Master Vendor Supplier, where the Managed Service Provider manages outsourced resourcing processes - including management of second tier suppliers - and supplies personnel directly to the client.
  • Vendor Neutral Supplier, where the Managed Service Provider manages outsourced resourcing processes - including second tier supplies - but does not supply personnel.

An experienced account manager will spend as much time working with you as required, including working on-site (where appropriate) in order to release your staff to concentrate on other areas.
